$100 per hour

Psychological and Psychoeducational Assessments

Evaluations/Assessments are billed at rate of $150/hour.

Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation

Approximate time: 12-16 hours

Average cost: $1800-$2400

Assessments components typically include:

  • intelligence testing

  • memory testing

  • achievement testing in all academic areas

  • behavior/emotional/social assessment as needed

  • testing of all neuropsychological processing areas appropriate, such as processing speed, visual-motor skills, visual-perceptual skills, auditory processing skills, phonological processing skills, attention/concentration skills, oral language, retrieval speed

  • comprehensive written report

Dyslexia Only Evaluation

Approximate time: 5-7 hours

Average cost: $750-$1050

Evaluation services include:

  • intelligence testing

  • phonological processing, processing speed, retrieval speed, working memory, visual-motor skills testing

  • academic achievement testing in basic reading, reading comprehension, reading fluency, and spelling

  • written report with intervention recommendations.

Developmental/Behavioral Assessment

​Age 4 and Under: $875 - $1,225

Ages 5-12: $1,400 - $1,750

Ages 13 - Adult: $2,100 

This type of assessment is most appropriate for identifying neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and functional difficulties.

 

Assessment components typically include:​

  • intelligence testing 

  • assessment of adaptive/daily living skills 

  • behavioral/social skills assessment

  • evaluation of verbal and nonverbal communication skills

  • screening of motor and academic/pre-academic skills

  • attention/executive functioning when appropriate

  • play observation when appropriate

  • comprehensive written report

ADHD Only Evaluation

Approximate time: 7-10 hours

Average cost: $1050-$1500

Evaluation services include:

  • intelligence testing.

  • basic academic achievement screening

  • behavior analysis via teacher and parent surveys

  • memory and processing speed screenings

  • assessment of executive functioning

  • written report with intervention recommendations
